Free Yoga Classes at Stanford University
FREE Yoga with Crystal will be an ALL LEVELS class that can accommodate every yogi, from beginner to advanced. It is designed for everyone who has ever wanted to give yoga a try, but wasn't sure if they were the type to do yoga. The practice of yoga stimulates growth in the mind, body, and soul. These benefits are available to all--regardless of age, gender, body size, shape or type.
For thousands of years, yoga has been practiced as a way to build strength and flexibility in the physical body as well as the mind, while offering a heightened connection to the Divine. It's also great for those recovering from illness, injury, or pregnancy--and trying to return to their fitness routines in a safe manner. The use of manual adjustments, modifications, and props will make virtually every posture accessible, as your body stretches and strengthens over time.
Come with an open mind and a willingness to honor your body just as it is. You will be amazed at the power and grace you discover - along with the transformation that comes from a regular yoga practice.

In case of inclement weather, classes will be moved indoors to a local school gymnasium.
